Don't want to commit to a club just yet? Below is a list of programs and clinics available to non-members through Ontario squash facilities.

Valhalla (Etobicoke) Junior Squash Program 2017-2018 Season

The Valhalla Squash junior program is designed for boys and girls between the ages of 6 and 17. Group clinics run weekly on Saturdays.  Players are grouped based on age and skill level. Sessions are designed so that players learn, develop, improve and have fun.  We have 4 qualified coaches teaching this season: Tara Mullins, Rudolph Goodridge, Malcolm Gonsalves and Cory McCartney. Weekend and weekday private and semi-private lessons are also available Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday evenings between 3:40pm-5:00 pm.  If interested in private/semi private lessons please speak directly with one of the coaches.

start on squash clinics - mayfair lakeshore

This Start on Squash program is an exclusive Mayfair Clubs squash program, tailored for non-members and beginners, who are interested in learning the game of squash. No experience is necessary.

Each session includes four group lessons (1 hour, 20 minutes each), that will get you ready for playing squash and House League. After two weeks, players will have learned the basic strokes, such as forehand, backhand, serve and return as well as how to play the game. In addition to learning squash, practice courts are included before or after each session.

E is for Everyone: sunday afternoon E League

You do not need to be part of a team or a member of a squash club! Register as an individual player, or sign up with a friend! Registration fees are $35/player for the September-December season or $60/player from September-April! This includes access to great prices on squash gear for beginners, a Start on Squash clinic lead by an experienced squash professional, afternoons of fun and competitive squash at different clubs around Toronto & District, and an opportunity to connect with a new squash community!


Toronto Sport & Social Club

Learn-to-play squash clinics and match play in the Squash Club are offered four days a week at the Mayfair Lakeshore club in Toronto. Register as an individual in the recreation or open divisions.

In the recreation squash clinics you will enjoy four group lessons (1 hour, 20 minutes each), that will get your ready for playing squash. In addition to learning squash, practice courts are included before or after each session.

The open Squash Club will meet every Wednesday or Sunday for 2 hours. Stay the whole time or arrive/leave based on your timing. During the first session of the program, a qualified squash pro will provide an introduction and will go over the basic rules, strategies, and skills of the game. There will be no set schedule or partners. Instead, play with/against different people each week. All levels welcome.

You must provide your own racquet.

Unionville Athletic Club- Markham

Free non-member squash clinics are offered at the Unionville Athletic Club on Thursdays at 7:00 PM. Email for information.
