TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE: |
Squash Ontario Annual General Meeting - 8:00AM to 12:00PM
Golf Registration - 12:30PM to 1:15PM
Golf (Shotgun Start) - 1:30PM to 5:00PM
Cocktails & Auction Table/Draw Prize Tickets - 5:00PM to 6:00PM
Buffet Dinner/Prizes/Awards - 6:00PM to 10:00PM

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: |
Friday June 7, 2013 at 1:00PM
Refund Policy:
Withdrawals prior to the registration deadline will receive a refund less
the 15% admin fee; however, all withdrawals after the registration deadline
or "no shows the day of the event" will receive no refund.
After the registration deadline has passed, you may
replace your player with someone else provided you give
Squash Ontario notice of the name change.

| TOURNAMENT DRESS CODE: |
General Dress Code
No jeans, tshirts, sweat pants, cutoffs or beachwear
No hard spikes, soft spikes only
No cleats or raised heels.
Only tailored slacks, golf shirts, golf dresses/skirts and walking shorts.
Sleeveless shirts, blouses and dresses must have an attached
collar.
No tank tops, tube tops, scooped necklines and bare midriffs.
Only sport shirts with attached collars or turtleneck
shirts may be worn and must be tucked in. Shirts shall not be removed on the course.
Only long trousers, “Plus Fours”, or Bermuda/walking
shorts may be worn.

Hwy 401 West (collector lane) to Dixon Road (Martingrove),
head West on Dixon Road to South (left) on Skyway Avenue
Hwy 401 East (collector lane) to Renforth North (name changes
to International Blvd) and make a right onto Galaxy Blvd
Hwy 427 North to Dixon Road,
East on Dixon Road to South on Skyway Avenue
Hwy 427 South, Head East on Hwy 409, then south on Attwell
(name changes to Skyway Avenue) will bring you right to the
clubhouse (there is no Dixon Road when coming from the North)
