Squash Ontario Annual General Meeting - 8:00AM to 12:00PM
Golf Registration/50-50 Putting Contest - 12:00PM to 1:15PM
Golf - "Masters Course" (Shotgun Start) - 1:30PM to 5:00PM
Cocktails & Auction Table Open/Draw Prize Tickets Sold - 5:00PM to 6:00PM
Dinner/Prizes/Awards - 6:00PM to 10:00PM

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: |
Wednesday September 1, 2010 - 3:00PM
Refund Policy:
Withdrawals prior to the registration deadline will receive a refund less
the 15% admin fee; however, all withdrawals or "no shows the day of the
event" will receive no refund. After the deadline has passed, you may
replace your player with someone else provided you give
Squash Ontario notice of the name change.

| TOURNAMENT DRESS CODE: |
General Dress Code
No jeans, tshirts, sweat pants, cutoffs or beachwear
No hard spikes, soft spikes only
No cleats or raised heels.
Only tailored slacks, golf shirts, golf dresses/skirts and walking shorts.
Sleeveless shirts, blouses and dresses must have an attached
collar.
No tank tops, tube tops, scooped necklines and bare midriffs.
Only sport shirts with attached collars or turtleneck
shirts may be worn and must be tucked in. Shirts shall not be removed on the course.
Only long trousers, “Plus Fours”, or Bermuda/walking
shorts may be worn.

Take the QEW to Highway 427 north
From Highway 427 take Highway 401 westbound
Exit at Mississauga Road (north) - Continue on Mississauga Road 5 kilometres
Lionhead Golf & Country Club is just north of Steeles Ave on the right side
From Niagara Falls or USA
Take the QEW to Highway 403 (to Toronto)
From Highway 403, exit at Erin Mills Parkway and continue north
Turns into Mississauga Road - north of Highway 401 5 kilometres
Lionhead Golf & Country Club is just north of Steeles Ave on the right side
From Highway 400 to 407 West
Take Highway 400 south to Highway 407 west to Mississauga Road north
