Position Details
Position Title:
Sport Coordinator
Hours:
35 Hours Per Week – Mon to Fri (Some Weekend Hours May Be Required)
Start Date – End Date:
June 20th – August 12th (8 Weeks)

Squash Ontario Office - Squash Ontario office at Glendon Campus,
Proctor Field House, 2275 Bayview Ave, Toronto, ON M4N 3M6
Salary:
$15 Per Hour

Job Duties:
· General administrative tasks – emails, calls, company software, etc.
· Assist during events or summer camps with general planning and marketing activities
· Social Media & Website Management
· Organizing Squash Ontario’s inventory and storeroom
· Assist in planning the 2022-2023 squash season for our coaching and refereeing programs
· Assist in implementing general growth strategies to increase the number of squash players
· Any other tasks or duties assigned by the supervisor
Candidate Requirements:
· Passion for the sport – particularly to grow squash
· Coaching squash at the all-girls squash camp from July 4-15 at Urban Squash Toronto
· Strong administrative and communication skills
· Responsible, creative, and organized
· Ability to work in a team and handle pressure situations
· Adept with Microsoft Office Applications and other software programs
· Picture and video editing skills considered as asset but not required
· The successful recipient will be required to produce a Police Record Check
