Squash Ontario is thrilled to welcome back Sprott Resources as one of five Platinum Corporate Partners that will support athlete development programs across the province in 2018-19. Sprott joins Equity Builders, The Jesters of Ontario, Slaight Music and new partner YDC Pro as the pillars that will give the top players and coaches in Ontario the tools to achieve continued international success.

Team Canada received the bronze medal in four events and the silver medal in one event at the 2018 Pan Am Championships! Congratulations to all our amazing athletes, you played your hearts out and made Canada very proud!

The Ontario Squash Hall of Fame Board of Directors is very pleased to let the squash community know that it will now be easier for people to find their way to the Hall at White Oaks Resort & Spa, 253 Taylor Road in Niagara-on-the-Lake.  Through very generous donations from Hall benefactors, we have purchased four Niagara Regional Road directional signs.  These have been strategically positioned at road intersections around White Oaks.

Squash Ontario is looking for a part-time Programs Coordinator to join a team of three full-time staff. The incumbent will support several different program areas during the September – April squash season. Program areas will include office administration and event support with specific roles based on the skill set of the incumbent.  

The Royal Canadian Yacht Club, with their city club location in downtown Toronto, is looking for a full time squash professional.

The RA Squash Club is seeking a motivated squash player to lead the on-court and membership development activities of the club.

After almost three years as its capable Programs Manager, Britany Gordon will be leaving Squash Canada effective August 17th.

The Robert Brooks Scholarship Fund Board of Governors are pleased to announce the 2018 recipients of it's annual bursary to support students who have excelled in both academics and squash. This year's two incredible students receiving bursaries are Catherine Giachino and Elliott Hunt. 

While much of the Ontario squash community is enjoying time away from the courts, our Junior Men’s National Team is in high gear, in search of Canada’s best ever finish at the World Championships in Chennai, India. The team earned an unprecedented #2 seed and plays in the quarter finals tomorrow morning!

Despite Egyptians securing their anticipated six places in the WSF World Junior Individual Squash Championships men's last 16 round in India, it was a trio of Canadians who stole the limelight on the second day of action in the premier World Squash Federation junior event at the Indian Squash Academy in Chennai.
