Provincial Championships will be 2-day tournaments with 8 player draws (this will be the case until club capacity limits are lifted and we feel it is safe to do so). Sunday may now go a little later than in the past. Registration is a first come, first serve basis (except for the Open divisions). Once a division is full with 8 players, the next registered player will be first on the waitlist. Any waitlisted players who do not make it into the main draw will be refunded.

To limit the number of people in the club at any given time, some age groups will play majority of their matches in the mornings, while other divisions play in the afternoons. There will be NO time requests or changes at these events.

Squash Ontario now has a competitions vaccine policy. Click here and read in full. Players who provide proof of full vaccination will be able to play without a mask on court. Those who are unable to get the vaccine, who do not wish to supply proof, or who are not fully vaccinated yet, will have to wear a level 3 mask on court. This policy will be uploaded once the government posts information of the upcoming vaccine passport.

Players should email their proof of vaccination to tournaments@squashontario.com. In the vaccination policy document it says we need proof 10 days prior to the event. while off court, all players and spectators must wear a mask in the club, regardless of vaccination status.
