The Squash Ontario community is invited to try a 6-week Sports Nutrition Culinary Beta Program with Culinary Nutritionist, professional recipe developer, NCAA tennis player (former) and student in a MSc of Sports and Exercise Nutrition Degree Progam, Kenzie Osborne.
Kenzie is exploring the relationship between culinary education and nutritional intakes of athletes and launching a beta program with a “pick-your-price” model. This program is specifically designed to help athletes optimize their performance and fast-track recovery through cooking education and simple recipes based on sports nutrition research. There is no age demographic for the course - though, participants will have to be over the age of 18 OR accompanied by a parent. All content will be hosted virtually.
Prices include $25, $75, or $147.
