PLANtoWIN.ca has partnered with Squash Ontario for the 2026-2027 season to help ambitious players get stronger, fitter, and play their best when it matters the most.

If you want to improve your squash strength & fitness, need to workout on your own schedule, and are ready to follow a confusion-free plan alongside others who also want to be at their best, then PLANtoWIN.ca is the ready to join your coaching team.

PLANtoWIN.ca's new Challenger Program runs for 12 weeks - September 28th to December 20th, 2026 - and is exactly what you need if you have not been working on your strength & fitness consistently but know you need to start to perform your best, or you have been using do-it-yourself workouts and are tired of not seeing or feeling any results on court.

The Challenger Program:

  • Is built on 20+ years of professional strength & fitness coaching and thousands of hours on the training floor with ambitious professionals and amateur players,

  • Delivers a professional, friction-free and focused training plan on the PLANtoWIN.ca app, no matter where you are in the world,

  • Provides 4 workouts per week that make you stronger, more stable, and build your cardio engine, progressing every month to keep you challenged and improving,

  • Includes a great community approach, hosting monthly video calls, weekly group challenges and a team message board that invites you into more than just workouts,

  • Is more than just workouts, featuring a private personal data dashboard that compares your individual eating, training and sleep results against your history and group targets, and
