Last week, Ontario high school squash was on full display at the 2026 Jim Mason Cup, held April 9–10 at The Club at White Oaks in Niagara-on-the-Lake. Sanctioned by OFSAA through the TDSSAA, this two-day event brought together student-athletes from across the province to compete in a spirited team tournament.

This past weekend, the Squash Ontario community gathered for the 2025–2026 Ontario Junior Recognition Awards Ceremony, proudly supported by The Jesters Club of Ontario. Held on Saturday, March 28 at the Club at White Oaks, the event took place alongside the Ontario Junior Open—marking a key moment in the provincial junior season.

This past weekend, the 2026 Assante Wealth Management Ontario Junior Open Championships Presented by Harrow took place at The Club at White Oaks in Niagara-on-the-Lake, bringing together many of the province’s top junior athletes for one of the final events of the high performance season. With over 130 players on the draw, the weekend did not disappoint!

This past weekend, the 2026 Ontario Open Championships, presented by NFP Canada, brought the 2025-2026 senior and masters provincial squash season to a close at Mayfair Lakeshore. With 176 players competing across a full slate of divisions, it was a packed few days of matches, familiar faces, and plenty of new ones.

The 2026 World Squash Junior Championships will be held from July 20–31, 2026, at White Oaks Resort and Ridley College. The organizing team is currently seeking individuals who may be interested in volunteering during the event.

Squash Ontario is pleased to officially welcome Niki Aron to the team as our Competitions Coordinator. Niki joined the organization in March and will be working on several programs with the organization, including tournaments, referee program, our High School Team Championships, and much more.
